Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and kirika ("kirika", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kirika website located at kirika.vip and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein. By completing the registration process, accessing any page of the kirika platform, or placing any wager or bet, you unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the kirika platform and close your account if one has been created. kirika reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the most recent version came into force.

kirika may provide notice of changes to these Terms via the platform's homepage, by email to the registered address on your account, or by prominent display within the platform. It is your responsibility to keep your registered contact information current so that you receive such notices. kirika accepts no liability for a user's failure to read or acknowledge updated Terms where adequate notice has been provided.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

The kirika platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, access any gaming content, or conduct any financial transaction on kirika. This restriction applies universally and without exception to all users regardless of the laws of their specific locality.

In addition to meeting the minimum age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are accessing kirika as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of a business or other legal entity.
• You are the legal owner of, or are expressly authorised to use, the payment method(s) you use for deposits and withdrawals on the platform.
• You are not a resident of or accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from kirika or had an account closed by kirika for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting in collusion with any other user or third party to defraud kirika or other users of the platform.
• The funds you deposit on kirika are not derived from illegal activity of any kind, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of kirika services, you must register a player account. Account registration requires the submission of accurate and complete personal information including, at minimum, a valid mobile number or email address, a chosen username, and a secure password. You agree that all information provided at registration — and updated thereafter — is truthful, accurate, and current.

One Account Policy: Each individual user is permitted to hold exactly one kirika account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kirika employs technical and investigative measures to detect multi-accounting, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed. Winnings accumulated via a duplicate account will be void and forfeited.

Account Security Obligations: You are solely responsible for:

• Selecting a strong, unique password for your kirika account and not reusing a password used on any other service.
• Keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Logging out of your kirika account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices such as internet cafés in Dhaka, Chittagong, or elsewhere in Bangladesh.
• Notifying kirika support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• Ensuring that any device used to access kirika is protected by up-to-date security software.

kirika will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any such communication purporting to be from kirika should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

kirika supports a range of local and bank-based payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions are processed in good faith and subject to the terms below.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the kirika account holder. kirika does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before processing a first withdrawal, kirika may require satisfactory completion of identity verification, which may include submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit.

• Funds deposited via a specific payment method will, where operationally possible, be returned to the same payment method upon withdrawal.
• kirika reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳20,000 within a single rolling 7-day period.
• Deposits made in excess of account limits set by the user will be returned to the originating payment source.
• kirika is not responsible for delays caused by the user's bank or mobile financial service provider during withdrawal processing.
• All transactions on the platform are denominated in BDT. kirika does not charge a currency conversion fee for BDT transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions

kirika may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, and are additionally governed by the general bonus rules set out in this section.

1. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. kirika reserves the right to exclude specific accounts from receiving promotional offers at its sole discretion, including but not limited to accounts that have previously been identified as abusing promotional structures.
2. Each promotion carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). The wagering requirement must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion terms.
3. Where a bonus is credited to a player's account, the player's own deposited funds are generally available for withdrawal at any time; however, doing so before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.
4. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, jackpot slots, and certain table game variants may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are set out in individual promotion terms.
5. kirika reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or extend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already accrued by eligible players who have actively opted into the relevant promotion before any change takes effect.
6. Players who are self-excluded, have applied a deposit limit of ৳0, or are in a mandatory cool-off period are not eligible to receive or activate promotional bonuses during those periods.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of kirika, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of your agreement with kirika:

• Registering more than one account on the kirika platform, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or using another person's identity or personal details.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, macros, or any software designed to interact with the kirika platform in a way that confers an unfair advantage, harvests data, or circumvents security or rate-limiting measures.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors on the platform. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are void. Users who identify a bug or error are obligated to report it to kirika support immediately and refrain from exploiting it.
• Colluding with other players in any game, match, or betting market to manipulate outcomes or extract value from the platform in a coordinated manner.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from criminal activity, including proceeds of fraud, theft, corruption, or any other unlawful conduct.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting in relation to sports events offered for wagering on the kirika platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify any portion of the kirika platform, its software, or its game content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kirika support staff or other users via any communication channel offered by or associated with the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point during account registration, verification, or communication with kirika support.

kirika reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral of relevant information to law enforcement authorities where the conduct may constitute a criminal offence.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the kirika platform are supplied by regulated international game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the specific rules published within the game interface and the provider's own certified game documentation. It is your responsibility to review the rules of any game before placing a wager.

Random Number Generation: All RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, video poker) use certified random number generators that have been independently tested and audited by recognised testing laboratories. Game outcomes are statistically independent of previous results. kirika does not have the ability to adjust individual game outcomes in real time.

Sports Betting Rules: All sports bets placed on the kirika platform — including cricket matches covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to the specific betting rules for each sport and market type. Key general rules include:

• Bets accepted prior to a match are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of scheduled play, unless otherwise specified in the market rules.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to kirika's void bet policy for that sport, which is published in the platform's sports betting rules section.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to available liquidity and may be suspended at any point at kirika's discretion, particularly during significant match events.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed within each betting market prior to bet placement.
• kirika reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the market was demonstrably priced in error or where the integrity of the underlying event is under investigation by a relevant sports governing body.

Live Casino: Live casino games streamed in real time via Evolution Gaming and Ezugi studios are subject to the rules displayed within each game's interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, kirika's system will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection and settle accordingly. kirika accepts no liability for losses attributable to network interruptions outside its control.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either party may close a kirika account at any time. Users wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting kirika support at [email protected] with a written request. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, kirika will process any eligible outstanding balance to the user's registered withdrawal method before closing the account. Accounts subject to pending bonus wagering requirements, active withdrawal holds, or ongoing verification procedures may not be closed until those processes are completed.

kirika-Initiated Suspension or Closure: kirika reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in money laundering, fraud, collusion, or match-fixing.
• Multi-accounting or attempting to circumvent a previous account closure or self-exclusion.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward kirika staff or other users.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.

Where an account is closed by kirika due to a breach of these Terms, kirika reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud or criminal conduct, the balance may be forfeited in full and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kirika's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. kirika is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and kirika makes no warranty that service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability, for which kirika accepts no liability.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the kirika platform shall be interpreted in accordance with internationally accepted principles of online gaming regulation. kirika operates as an online gaming platform serving the Bangladesh market on a best-efforts basis to maintain standards consistent with internationally recognised safe-play and fair-play certification. kirika does not make specific claims of regulatory approval from any individual Bangladeshi government authority.
